1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your LeadScraper Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You will continue to have access to all features until the current billing period expires
- Your data (saved searches, exported leads) will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Email us at hello@g-compilations.com with your account email and cancellation request
- We will process your cancellation within 24-48 business hours
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed
3. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with LeadScraper Pro. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. No questions asked.
- After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided after 7 days. However, we evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact us.
- Free tier: The free tier (200 leads) requires no payment and is not subject to refunds.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email hello@g-compilations.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
5. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan features until then.
6. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue a paid feature that you are actively using, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
